To ensure the best experience for our clients and maintain high-quality standards, we have outlined our policies. Please take a moment to review these terms before booking your appointment. 



Booking Policy

Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy

  • A $50 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied towards the total cost of your service. 
  • Appointments can be booked online or over the phone call or text. Confirmation emails will be sent once the deposit is processed. 
  • Clients must be at lest 18 years old to receive services. Valid may be required.

  • Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment up to 48 hours before your scheduled time without losing your deposit. 
  • Cancellation: If you cancel your appointment less than 48 hours in advance or fail to show up, your deposit will be forfeited. A new deposit will be required to book another appointment. 
  • Repeat Cancellations: If you cancel without prior notice on two separate occasions, your depost will be forfeited, and you will no longer be allowed to book an appointment with our clinic.

Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled, and your deposit will be forfeited. Late arrivals may require rescheduling, as timing affects subsequent clients.

  • We prioritize sanitation and adhere to all local health regulations. All tools and equipment are sterilized before each use. 
  • If you have any medical conditions or skin sensitivities or are on medication that affects your treatment, please disclose this before your appointment. A medical release may be required. 
  • We reserve the right to refuse service if it is deemed unsafe or unsuitable for the client.

  • Avoid alcohol, caffeine, blood thinners (with consent from your health care provider), and tanning 24 hours before your appointment. 
  • Refrain from using skincare products containing retinol, acids, or exfoliants on the treatment area one week prior.

  • Aftercare instructions will be provided during your visit. Following these guidelines is essential to achieving the best results. 
  • Touch-ups are typically required within 4-8 weeks of the initial session to perfect your look.
